Terms & Conditions

Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions before placing an order with Jolie Carte.

Jolie Carte reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. These changes will come into effect as soon as they are added to the website.

All orders placed with Jolie Carte will be subject and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 

Designs, Proofs & Timings

All personalised and bespoke designs that require client approval will be sent via email following the initial design phase, and any further amended artwork stages after that. Orders will not be printed until the client has given his or her final approval by email, and confirmed they are happy to proceed with printing.

Two rounds of amendments for each item are included in the product price, but should you wish to make any further, minor changes to the text, layout or colours, a fee of £7 will be charged. Larger amendments to artworks or designs will be charger accordingly.

Jolie Carte takes the utmost care to ensure all information is accurate, however, it is the responsibility of the client to check all text, colours, layout, spelling, information and grammar before approving the final design. Should designs be approved by the client and subsequently printed with said errors, Jolie Carte holds no responsibility and will not be liable for any further costing.

Jolie Carte cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to delayed approval of any or all artworks.

For custom stationery, please allow a maximum of 5-6 weeks from placing your order to final delivery, and 8-10 weeks for bespoke stationery.

Quotes & Payment

Following an initial consultation, via email, telephone or in person, a quote will be sent out to the client stating the total agreed cost of the services provided by Jolie Carte. A 50% deposit is then required before any artwork is undertaken. An invoice will be sent by Jolie Carte following the quote. Final payment will be taken following final approval of all artwork and designs, before any printing can commence.

Jolie Carte cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to a delay in payment. Orders that have not been approved

Copyright

All stationery artwork, illustrations and designs are copyright of Jolie Carte. Designs may not be reproduced in any form without prior permission from Jolie Carte. Any improper or illegal use of designs will be pursued. 

Jolie Carte reserves the right to use any stationery or design created for you to promote products and services. However, we will never share your contact details with third parties.

Cancellation, Loss or Damage

Orders that are cancelled following final sign off but prior to printing, will be refunded in full, less the non-refundable deposit. Orders that are cancelled following final sign off and that have been printed will not be refunded.

Jolie Carte will do the utmost to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, but cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once it has been dispatched. 

Except in cases of a manufacturing defect, Jolie Carte does not accept returns of any items. Jolie Carte must be notified of any defective goods within five days of the customer receiving their order. 

Jolie Carte will not be liable or responsible for any failure to fulfill our obligations under these Terms and Conditions that is caused by an act or event beyond our reasonable control. If such an event occurs Jolie Carte will contact you as soon as possible to notify you and arrange a new time-scale and delivery date, or provide you with a refund.
